Fruit, tobacco, and elegant mineral. A wonderful vintage of the old vine Cabernet from our first planting on Steinbeck Vineyards. Aromatics of earth, dark plum, tobacco leaf, and dried flower petals. The pallet has developed nuances of juicy ripe cherries, mild dried spices, and candied almond brittle. Nicely paired with a serious meal or a meaningful conversation.
