1. Eligibility & Responsible Use

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. By ordering, you represent that you are 21+ and that the recipient will present valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe or restrict others’ use or enjoyment of the site.

2. Accounts, Orders & Reservations

You may need to provide accurate information to place orders, join our wine club, or make reservations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Orders are subject to availability, applicable shipping laws, age verification, and our policies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Reservations may be modified or canceled per posted guidelines; late arrivals may affect seating or tasting times.

3. Shipping, Title & Compliance

Alcohol shipments are subject to federal, state, and local laws. We may be unable to ship to certain locations.
Title to products passes to you when they are picked up by the carrier. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address you provide.
Adult (21+) signature is required for delivery of alcoholic beverages.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling will be added at checkout.
Payment is processed by third-party providers. We may place authorization holds when appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site—including text, logos, images, videos, illustrations, and code—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. User Submissions
